Manoj is the Chairman and Chief Executive of the India Inc. Group. He has interests in India focused advisory services, government affairs, media & corporate communications.

Manoj is a Visiting Professor in Media & Communications at Birmingham City University.

In 2010 he founded India Inc. a London headquartered media & strategic communications organisation which publishes India’s foremost Trade & Investment magazine India Global Business, diaspora platform iGlobal & produces India Global Forum – the premier agenda setting platform for business leaders and policy influencers.

For 15 years Manoj practised as a corporate lawyer running his own firm with offices in Westminster & Mumbai before turning his attention to business, charitable, and political interests in the UK, India and elsewhere.

In 2014 Manoj served as a member of the hugely successful Narendra Modi for Prime Minister campaign. He set up and led the Research Analysis & Messaging division working closely with senior party leaders and spokespeople. He has been instrumental in organising many of Prime Minister Modi’s diaspora engagements including at Wembley Stadium in 2015.

He continues to provide strategic advice to investment & political outreach initiatives in India and globally.

Manoj is an accomplished media commentator. He writes a popular weekly blog “Globally Speaking” and is active on Twitter @manojladwa. In 2017 he authored a landmark study on UK-India Relations Beyond Brexit.

Manoj is a non-executive director of India Infrastructure Finance Company (UK) and chairs it’s Risk Committee. Manoj serves on the advisory board of the Commonwealth Enterprise & Investment Council and the Nehru Centre. In 2003 he established the London office of the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce. He has served on committees of U.K. and Indian governments.

He is the founder of the UK India Women in Leadership Forum, the UK India Defence & Security Forum, and the IGB Climate Finance Boardroom amongst other on going initiatives.

Manoj campaigns actively on various community issues and strives for better political representation for people of Indian origin in the UK. He is a founder member and first President of National Hindu Students Forum UK. He is a former Director & Trustee of the Avanti School Trust and founder Trustee of volunteering charity SEWA Day.

Manoj is a graduate of the London School of Economics.
